At Norsk Mann Publishing, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. Please review our Refund and Return Policy for clarity on how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any orders once they have been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 5 days of delivery. To qualify for a replacement:
- You must provide clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and the shipping container showing the damage.
- Damage claims submitted beyond 5 days of delivery will not be eligible for a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, limited edition books, and any digital content (such as eBooks and audiobooks) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping for Replacements
For approved replacement requests, Norsk Mann Publishing will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. Shipping for returns of incorrect items will also be covered by Norsk Mann Publishing.
Customs, Duties, and Fees
For international customers, please note that customs, duties, and any other fees associated with shipping outside of the United States are the customer’s responsibility.
These fees are not refundable.
How to Report a Problem
To request a replacement or report an issue, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at norskmannpublishing@protonmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s) along with the shipping container.
- Include your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will work quickly to resolve any issues with your order.
Digital Content Return/Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, audiobooks, and other downloadable media are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital content once the purchase has been completed, as the products are immediately accessible.
Exceptions
Technical Issues: If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased digital content, please contact our customer service team. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you can access the content you purchased.

Processing Times
All orders placed through Norsk Mann Publishing are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email with an updated timeline.
